12th Session of the Constitutional Commission`s Basic Issues and Coordination Sub-Committee Held
The Constitutional Commission's Basic Issues and Coordination Sub-Committee held the twelfth session on Thursday, June 26, at 12.00 h.
The Constitutional Commission's Basic Issues and Coordination Sub-Committee held the twelfth session on Thursday, June 26, at 12.00 h. Mr. Srdjan Sikimic presided over this session.
The Sub-Committee members resumed the hearing on suggested solutions concerning parts of the Costitution referred to the organization of state administration.
According to the conclusions made on the second day of the session (July 1), provisions related to the authority division should be included into the Basic Provisions, while constitution, composition and competences of the state administration bodies shall be defined by the part of the Constitution related to organization of the state administration.
It was agreed for the Sub-Committee members to get alternatives to the offered solutions of the Preamble, Basic Provisions and the state authority organization prepared for the further reconciliation on the next session.
